As part of efforts to standardise and expand the operational mechanisms of the TETFund Centre of Excellence for Integrated Farming System, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, a three-man team has on 15th August , 2023 visited the Africa Centre of Excellence for Population Health and Policy, Bayero University, Kano.
Led by the Deputy Director of the Centre, Dr. Aliyu Muhammad Gadan, the team was at the ACEPHAP to get familiarised with the way and manner it operates with a view to embedding same to TETFund Centre of Excellence for Integrated Farming System, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi.
Received by the Director of the Centre Prof Hadiza Galadanci, the team was taken through the activities of the Centre, research grants, academic programmes such as masters and PhD in their focus areas of public health and global health policy.
They were also provided information on the Centre’s sources of grants, administrative strategies, areas of innovation, monitoring and evaluation, accounts administration, staff sustenance and motivation as well as sharing formula of funds.
